Conversation Starters

I want to share something I used with my staff at a couple of faculty meetings. I googled to find a list of conversation starters. My 'Do Now' was for staff to take 5 minutes discussing the questions at their table. I cut out the questions, backed them with construction paper (each question has a specific color), and placed 3 or 4 on each table. The teachers got a real kick out of this, and it created a positive environment to move forward with.
