My favorite bookmarking tool- Symbaloo

Are you the kind of person who sets up a huge list of bookmarks, but never even goes back to them?  That was me until I found symbaloo.com.  Symbaloo is a visual bookmarking tool that I can personalize, and my bookmarks are compiled on a page that is organized and clickable.  I can also sign in with google, which is a major plus, and access my many different pages of bookmarks from any device.  Like I said, I can create a different page of bookmarks (which I set up as internet links).  Here is an example of a symbaloo I created with ebooks.

As you can see, symbaloo allows you to embed a webmix on a website (although I couldn't figure out how to make it smaller!). You can also share a webmix by using a link. I absolutely love the share feature of symbaloo. When I co-teach a nine-week course, we elicit useful websites from participants each week, update the symbaloo, and share it with them. When a participant opens up our webmix, they have the option to add it to their own symbaloo account. Useful!

Other features include changing the background of each webmix, changing tile colors, adding more tiles, so on and so forth. Give symbaloo a try, and have all of your bookmarks in one place, visually compiled, with tabs of topics!
