One very useful app I found is Picasa. I took pictures on my phone the other night at our Science Fair night with 4th and 5th graders. First I downloaded the Picasa app to my phone, then I added it to my google apps on my computer. I was able to easily put the pictures I took into an album, and share. Science night was a huge success, by the way. Students spoke about their projects with visitors, and shared their ideas and experiences. I learned that Purex is a great detergent, and Sprite Zero has less sugar than Diet Coke.
Here is a handy resource explaining how to use Picasa.
Here is the album I created in Picasa and shared with teachers.
